3.Q:What's your regular lead time?
A:We need to decide according to the quantity you need,if less than 50000pcs,we can deliver in one week.

4.Could you quote on FOB basis?
A:Yes,for sure.We can quote the price for the goods on the basis of FOB Guangzhou or FOB Shenzhen.

5.Q:What's your shipping terms?
A:Our products could be sent by Sea, by Air, and by Express.which way would be chosen is based on the weight and size of the package and we will satisfy customers in various ways at their convenience.

Q:Can I ask my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes,you can let your forwarder ship the products for you, if you have your own shipping agent in Guangzhou.

6.Q:What kind of payment terms can you offer?
A:We suggest T/T, 30% of the total amount is needed for deposit before production,and  making  the final payment before delivery. We recommend that you pay the full amount in one lump sum,as the bank will charge more fees for installment.  

7.Q: Can you accept Paypal or Escrow? 
A:Both payment methods are acceptable. Currently we accept payment via Paypal(Escrow), Western Union,MoneyGram and T/T.
