1.Q:How many milliliters of the bottles do you have?
A:15ml,30ml,50ml,60ml,80ml,100ml,120ml,150ml,200ml
2.Q:Could you tell me the packing specifications?And what is the volume and weight?
A:Bottles with different capacities are packed differently.If you want to know the details,please feel free to contact us.
3.Q:What's your regular lead time?
A:We need to decide according to the quantity you need,if less than 50000pcs,we can deliver in one week.
4.Could you quote on FOB basis?
A:Yes,for sure.We can quote the price for the goods on the basis of FOB Guangzhou or FOB Shenzhen.
5.Q:What's your shipping terms?
A:Our products could be sent by Sea, by Air, and by Express.which way would be chosen is based on the weight and size of the package and we will satisfy customers in various ways at their convenience.
Q:Can I ask my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes,you can let your forwarder ship the products for you, if you have your own shipping agent in Guangzhou,
6.Q:What kind of payment terms can you offer?
A:We suggest T/T, 30% of the total amount is needed for deposit before production,and making the final payment before delivery. We recommend that you pay the full amount in one lump sum,as the bank will charge more fees for installment.
7.Q: Can you accept Paypal or Escrow?
A:Both payment methods are acceptable. Currently we accept payment via Paypal(Escrow), Western Union,MoneyGram and T/T .
8.Q:Can we sell them under our own brand name ?
A:Yes, of course.It would be our pleasure to be one your OEM manufacturers in China.
9.Q:How to place an order?
A:Please kindly send us your order by email or Fax,we will confirm PI with you ASAP. We would like to know the following information:
Your address,phone number/fax number,destination, transporting way ;
Information of the products:Item number,size,quantity,logo,etc
10.Q:How do you settle it if I receive less goods or broken goods?
A:We would check the quantity 3 times before shipping,so that rarely happens. If there is any quality problem,please contact us within 7days after receiving goods.And please take pics or make videos to us.We are sure all products are good in quality.
11.Q:If my purchase quantity does not meet the MOQ requirement,can I still buy it?
